between Haagen-Dazs and the store brand.
Buy 6 pints of Dulce de leche.
Visit the animal shelter just to look.
Adopt a Great Dane.
Name him Percival von Apfeldoom.
Drive to a nearby bodega and buy a burner phone.
Make a prank call to the local pub.
Drive by said pub. Don’t go in.
Donate your pajamas and handbags
to a battered women’s shelter.
Sleep in the guest room with Percy.
Venture to the kitchen for a cup of water.
Pour a shot of tequila instead.
Make a batch of blondies to eat with ice cream.
Organize your silverware drawer and
throw away the plastic cutlery.
Take out the trash.
